Programs

One mission. Six initiatives. Real outcomes.

We meet families where they are. Each program has clear goals, practical steps, and measurable results.
A 6‑week cohort plus 1:1 coaching that turns confusion into control. What you’ll learn: Budgeting, debt strategy, how to read your credit report, and how to build/repair credit. How it works: Workshops + personalized coaching; partnerships with banks/CUs for second‑chance checking and credit‑builder loans. Outcomes we target: +20% financial literacy score; 40–60 point average credit score lift at 6–12 months; decreased use of predatory products.
Skills and routines that sustain progress—inside and out. Offerings: Quarterly “Healthy Living Days,” monthly life‑skills labs (time, goals, communication), peer accountability circles. Outcomes: 30‑day habit adoption; higher self‑efficacy; stronger follow‑through on financial and job goals.
Training and direct connections to employers. Offerings: Job‑readiness bootcamps, certifications (OSHA/Food Handler/Forklift/IT support), employer panels, mock interviews, work‑based learning. Outcomes: Completions, credentials, job placements, 90‑day retention, wage gains.
Renter education, navigation, and landlord partnerships. Offerings: Tenant rights & readiness classes, housing search help, landlord MOUs, rehab feasibility for units. Outcomes: Households stably housed at 6–12 months; eviction prevention; units added/rehabbed.
